hold a Fortnightly Friday Meditation Group which is open to all.

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll feel the positive energy that sets the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and ease for the Healing Session. This is a ambient space is designed to help you unwind and embrace the Healing journey ahead.
I'd love to hold space for you along your journey in our Sessions and ongoing support and follow ups.

The relaxation, comfort and ease I felt during the healing was nothing I had ever felt before. The physical energy I could feel entering through the soles of my feet and travelling up my legs into my torso was indescribably amazing. I could feel all the energy channels clearing physically and emotionally. I was in such a relaxed meditative state towards the end of the healing I couldn’t feel my arms and felt so heavy in my physical body that I felt I was indenting her bed, but felt so light like I was outside of my physical body spiritually.
