Inherited Release
Method

A method that is dedicated to exploring holistic health through healing generational, intergenerational, and ancestral trauma through the transformative power of energy healing. This modality is for those who seek to understand and release the deep-seated traumas that reside within our bodies and spirits.
It is based on the principle that trauma can be passed down through generations, embedding itself in our DNA, our energy fields, and our subconscious minds.
IRM combines various energy healing techniques, including Reiki healing, Kinesiology, Kundalini energy, Prana. Working also through the meridians, spine, chakras and energetic layers, to address these deep-seated traumas.
Each session is different from the last, and there are a variety of things that can happen. You may experience:
*Pins and needles: moving through the body or through hands and feet.
*Visual experiences: seeing lights, colors, having astral travel or visions.
*Body movements: Involuntary twitches or movements, trembling and shaking, stretching, you may move into yoga postures, dance like flow, mudras.
*Feeling hot/cold, heavy/light
*Experiencing sensation in organs, or others parts of the body: Sometimes we hold emotions in differing organs, and a phantom ache may be corresponding to a release in that area, aswell as a reactivation of past/current injuries.
*Emotions or feelings: crying, laughing or screaming. Expressing holistic health emotionally in any form is welcome.
*Being completely still

Who is IRM best suited for?
I found that IRM is best suited for those that find that they have emotions or beliefs that they feel are not their own. These can be traumas or triggers that keep appearing in your life and seem to feel like they are “hanging on” even after you have done Healing, shadow work and journalling. You feel like you need a deeper level of healing. I have found the Remote sessions (via ZOOM) are just as effective as the In-person sessions.
PRE SESSION
I recommend avoiding caffine, alcohol and stimulants and red meat atleast 24hrs before your booked Energy Healing Session.
POST SESSION
Depending on the intensity of the session I recommend that you have time post session to integrate all the energies and releases that may have occurred during the session (these can be physical or energetic releases). Something gentle like time at the beach, park or sitting in nature and grounding your energies.
